im not sure about your statement about the intercooler piping...but 2 inch piping isnt considered BIG by anymeans. 1.5 inch piping however is a little small i would think...you will have no problems sticking to 2 inch all the way around

I have right now 2" all the way, the discharger mouth of the turbo is 2" so I used 2" tube, the IC in/out lets are 2" also...

I don't know what to put once my new Turbo arrive, a fully T4, looks like it has the same compressor trim and AR as my T4 front housing, except that yhe mout runs a 2" (the discharger) and end in a bigger mouth, maybe is 2 1/4" or 2.5" and don't know if put wichever of those messures up to the IC or just keep the 2" all the way since my new IC has 2" in/out let mouths...what do you think?
