It might be. The Griots horn has the male spade connectors, and my OEM horn did too. So naturally the wiring going to the OEM horn had female spade connectors. I just plugged it right in.

yeah, thats how my Rabbit was
but my E30 had plugs similar to my euro headlamps (two plastic press fittings)

It sounds like a horn on a Ferarri or early Porsche... high tone. (I think it says the exact freq. on the website).

I wish I knew what that sounded like..

Can you go into more detail as to how you mounted the horn, I can't figure out how to mount mine.
