    Front Suspension Noise/Click

Whenever I hit small bumps or pot holes there is a click from the driver side front suspension area. If I depress the brake at all it goes away. I checked all the bolts for tightness and everything seems good. I am thinking it may have something to do with my other problem. Checking to see if this is a known issue of some type on the e30 for something to check :)

Ahhhh, this click could be bad CAB's. I replied about this in your other post.

The noise goes away if you depress the brakes... I don't think this noise/click is CAB related IMHO

Is your anti rattle clip on the calipers?

No, they clip into the front of the caliper. They are the last thing that goes on after you reinstall the brake caliper. Are your calipers Girling or ATE?

look at the u shaped swar bar mount bracket that mounts the swaybar to the subframe. the part on the subframe that holds it in broke off. now it just hangs there a little. it makes the same noise you describe when i hit bumps and everything else in my car suspension wise has been replaced in the last 3 months. im thinking about getting a new subframe but maybe ill just someone to fab me a piece and weld it on and replace the mounting bracket with the $5 dealer part. but i heard this is a common problme with e30's as well. good luck.
