    Think i finnaly killed her...

Well, i think i finnaly killed my poor car. I knew it was going to happen sooner or later, because the PO treated it like shit, so i tried to baby it. I honestly thought the engine would go before the driveline, but i guess i was wrong.

Today, driving home, i'll admit i was a little pissed so i drove harder than usual, but its not like i redlined it in every gear all the way home. About 2/3s the way home, i start to feel a sudden loss of power around 1k, until i get to about 2.5k and then it picks up. So when i get home, i let her sit for a minute, then start her back up. Immediatly i hear a high pitched buzzing noise coming from the driveshaft, but the idle is ok. When i rev it up, its fine, until about 2k and then lost of knocking comes from the driveshaft so i immediatly shut her down.

My guess is I either torched the center support bearing, or the driveshaft itself.

Wow, i deserve a bitch slap for my stupidity.

I was so pissed at thinking i actually broke it, that i didnt have the presence of mind to realise it did it in neutral, and thus the drive shaft is not turning.... But this only leaves me more confused as to WTF it is...

The driveshaft spins if the car is Neutral if you are moving, ,

i busted my center bearing and diferential before. maybe my bearing was worn and i just blew my dif.. made a clunk clunk clunk ect.. noise that sounded like it was pounding just behind the center console [inside the car, duh ;] when i started off from a stop..

i got it all replaced for 600$ including labor and parts from a guy that had a shop/lift in his house garage.

everyone go check your cars center bearing RIGHT NOW! :) rip some plastic off and make sure it's nice and neaty, also check if your diferential box is leaking ;]

Well, i figured out the buzzing is coming from the fuel pump... it still pumps, but it seems ot like buzzing at me.. No idea about the stumble/shudder though. Rev it up to 2k fine, on the way back down you hear the clunking.
