    Your idle is at 470!? Are you sure? I was under the impression that a manual couldn't even idle that low and keep running. It should be up around 800 or so... I've got mine at 1k.

      These guys are right, something is measuring 586 ppm and the max allowable is 220 ppm. HOWEVER, without telling us WHICH GAS IS FAILING, then there is no way to help you. Is it failing for NOx? Hydrocarbons? CO?

      If it's failing for NOx, I'd look for low fuel pressure, plugged fuel filter, clogged fuel injectors, severe overheating, advanced timing, vacuum leaks, and anything that causes the engine to get extremely hot. HC's: Leaking fuel injector, leaking fuel pressure regulator, vacuum leaks, excessive rich or lean, low compression, misfiring, bad O2 sensor. CO: high fuel pressure, excessive rich or lean, dirty air filter, bad O2 sensor.

        Ahh, Now I understand about PPM. Ok.. Where is Catalytic converters. I have look and couldnt find it..
