I hauled 4 250lb coworkers to lunch once. It was scary...

      4 doors ftmfw

that said, I can't even get my feet past the B pillar to get in my back seat. if I have more than 2 passengers, we usually take another car. the back seat works great for my r-comps though :p

Yeah I too make it clear that I only move my seat up a max of 2 notches :D :D cuz the driver has to be the most comfy in his BMW. Exceptions only made for VIP's

I had 6 in my 87 325 4dr once. All guys, I was DD, in the snow. It snowed ~4inches during the party, so we drifted back through campus. It was fun.

I had 5 in my eta... scraped on new places that I haven't before. If I have more than 2 in my turbo the rear tires rub. hehe.

Exactly. Hence, people don't often ride in my backseat.

When my E30 was originally owned by my uncle, he and I and 2 other adults could get in the car in any position rather easily and the ride was relatively comfortable. Now that its almost 20 years later and we all have picked up a few pounds you would be hard pressed to get 2 people in the car side-by-side let alone stuffing a 3rd person in the back.

I don't know if this is the result of driving minivans vans and SUV's throughout the 90's but when I finally put the E30 back on the road, I never remembered the car being THAT small!

OT : where abouts in potholecity, we need to meet up sometime. Having an e30 tech session soon.
OT: I live in the northern land, north of Irvington and south of Mormon Bridge.

I honestly had not though about fitting people in my car after lowering it, it's not that big of a deal, I need smaller tires anyway.

Just fine. With the truck that's not pictured, everyone can have their own ride.

                    Oh, in the E30. :)

Nope, I don't even let my 7-year old sit behind me. You should see the back seat of the Cooper S!!

I've fit 4 in my E30 fine. The ingress/egress was less than spectacular, but everyone fit and didn't crush their knees.

The mini has the perfect back seat for me, since the bottom part is long, I only need about 4" to 5" of space between the edge of the seat and the seatback in front of me. I'm 6'2.

You must have short legs... ;) At 6'3", there is only about 2 inches between the front seat back and the leading edge of the rear seat when I am driving the Mini.

I sit as straight as possible. If I slouch, my knees hit instantly. I also like to get close to my steering wheel, I sit about 2 clicks from full-close in the E30.

                            I like it tight:D

My rollbar and harnesses in one dont allow for anyone to enjoy the comforts of my m3 rear seat. So its officially a 2 seater. And any e30 sucks for more than 2 adults and maybe a small child or two. Thats why I am in the fiver market as an addition.

                                E30's are 3 seaters. Max.
