PROBLEM IS INTERMITENT!!!

if it was wires cap or rotors it would do it allllll the time

Just because it's intermittent doesn't eliminate the ignition system, things change with humidity, and engine temp.
You still didn't say the condition of the secondary ignition system.
Have you checked fuel pressure? Perhaps a regulator problem, this kind of shit is hard to diagnose through a computer.

i'm going to try running the car with no O2 for a while and see what happens.
if anyone else has any ideas post them up
