how abuot this, i work with scrap cars all day parting out old nissans, whenever we have a tank with gas in it we just drain it out and run it through, generators, lawnmowers, and other small engine things, or just throw it in the fire pit and burn it.

Thanks for all of the help guys.

I replaced the gas, and it still smoked a bit. Though it passed safety inspection.

I drove the car 120 miles back to school, and by the time I got back, it was fine. Whatever it was burned itself off on the trip home.

I love when problems fix themselves.
