    E30 tyre fitment

im looking at changing my 17's for 16's, and i have a couple of tyres.....they are 225/55R16, i realise they prob wont fit on the front, but would they fit on the back?

I suppose it would depend on how much your car was lowered. I know that if you want to retain proper tire aspect ratio using 16" wheels, the most ideal tire size is a 225/45. I don't personally know of anyone who has tried to put a 225/50-16 on either the front or rear of an E30.
