what the best way to undo the fuel injector clips...

    what the best way to undo the fuel injector clips...

    the ones on the electrical connections.... whats the best tool for the job i am going to install my M3 injectors tomorrow i think

        do they push in like on the toyotas and the corrado i have done or do they have to be removed... they look like thery need to be removed... its hard to really see it...

          It depends there are three different clips on m20 injectors. Early eta's you have to remove the clip with a screwdriver or pull realy hard. Then there are the one's that you just push in and pull it off. Or the latter 325i with the plastic rail around the wires you just pull straight off.

            You're installing m3 injectors on an e30 325i?. Are they from an e30 m3? or e36?
            You should double check resistance of your old ones and the new ones, some use low resistance and some use high. If you mismatch them, you'll fry the drivers in the computer.

            Why are you changing injectors?

            I would go to an auto parts store or the snap on truck and get a pick set. Picks make it real easy to get the metal clips off.
