    Replacing these boots

I put in new struts and springs last weekendand I managed to rip almost all of the rubber boots on the control arms and tie rods (the ones seen below). Where can I get new ones and how do I replace them? Just rip the old ones out and stick the new ones in? Thanks itn advance.

.. and pack them with as much grease as possible.

Yeah, there's basically a metal ring at the bottom and one at the top that clamp them on. Use needlenose pliers to yank those off, then just slide the new urethane pieces from www.bmpd.com on. They're a snug fit, you don't need to use anything to clamp them on.

And yeah, packing with grease is a good idea.

And how would we prevent ripping the new boots from BMP?

The Al control arms aren't worth much on a street car other than bling.
