You should take some magnets and zip-tie them to the lines. This will magnetize the brake fluid and make it run more evenly to the calipers. Plus, there is like a 5-20 HP bump around 2000-3000 RPM.

might also consider a warped rotor
specially since you said you tracked your car, if you keep the brakes compressed after running your brakes really hard and they get hot, the pads can warp the rotor.
