well....seems the gas light on my car malfunctioned and didnt tell me i was that really low on gas...


so what was thought to be a dead fuel pump was just me being out of gas. Now i have a shiny new 255lhp high pressure fuel pump on the way!

i believe its 1.6 gallons.


as my gas gauge is broken, the light was all i had to rely on, so knowing these things comes in handy ; )

Yes mine came on yesterday for the first time and as I have never seen it b4 I filled up quick cause I had no clue what was left!

isnt that like a dollar a liter? or 4 dollars a gallon? FECK.

ours has dropped about 20 cents, premium is now jsut 1.99 a gallon.

It's really high, not sure cause the freaking exchange rate changes daily. I was in L.A. in May it was 2.30 for premium way higher than the 1.70 I paid in December. I have to cross the border every six months Mexico has whacked vehicle importation laws.

does every car have a low gas light? i have never ever seen mine, and somtimes when i fill up i get over 13 gallons pumped... i've nver seen a light, wierd, light bulb maybe? thanks,
