    Restoration type oil?

My dad asked me today if such oils, as the Moble 1 oil that is designed for high milage motors that says its "restores" the internals, is worth it. Well, thats what i'm asking you guys. Is it something you just put one quart of it in and use the regular oil for the rest, or all the one type? Do you use it every time you change your oil? Or just once? I have no clue, all i do for my motor is run a fuel system cleaner about every other month or so.

    TIA

That's what I do. All I've noticed is it quiets my valvetrain a little. I am happy with it, and its only like $0.20 more a quart.

You are supposed to use it everytime you change your oil, and your use all 5 quarts of it, not just 1.
