    What brand exhaust/chip/intake combo??

Just bought a 1990 325i with a 5spd tans. What brands of the above mentioned modifications should I purchase (given that I want a very subtle exhaust note) and where should I purchase them to get the best price?
    - 2000 Audi S4 Stg 2 (sold)
    - house (bought)
    - 1997 Civic Hatch (shaky but driveable)
    - 2010 Sportster 1200 Forty Eight Ed. (vroom)
    - 1991 318is S50B30 (TBA)

Custom Borla exhaust, Jim Conforti chip, K&N filter. From my experience Borla's exhausts sound good on everything they touch. My dads Boxster sounds killer, my brothers Audi sounds killer. They offer a really nice mellow tone in regular driving but scream when you open the throttle.

I've still go to dyno the damn thing, but I can't stress just how much of a difference my MarkD chip gave me. In an impromptu challenge with a friend in a bone stock 325is, we ran from 5mph in 2nd all the way up to about 100mph, and I was ahead by about 6-7 car lengths. It was astounding. It's also cheaper than the JimC.
