Which E36 parts will fit right up for a five lug conversion? all front control arm stuff and brakes? will the rear stuff fit too?

Im not sure on the front but the rear suspension geometry for the E36 is completely different than the E30. The only E36/7 cars that have the trailing arm setup similar to the E30 are the Z cars and the 318Ti hatch.

you can use the front suspension, but you'll need customized control arm bushing brackets to properly center the wheel, it will sit too far back with the stock E30 bracket.
