How many quarts of oil? plus a fog bulb question

Was getting ready to run my first oil change on my new car. My old jetta used to take 4 quarts, and my bentley manual is still in the mail. is 4 quarts right for a '90 e30?

And while i'm at it. Book at the store lists a H1-55W for fogs, as well as a H3-55W. Does this mean i can use both? or will one of them fit my car and another not..

5 quarts with filter replacement, and the fog lights are H3.

Was the post really necessary? ;)

Anyway, do you know what type of oil the car has been running? (Syn or mineral)

I'm not so sure Chevron and 'high performance' should be used in the same sentence.

:) gettin used to a new car is kind of annoying sometimes. the damn jetta wasn't very picky heh.

just went on an adventure in swapping out fogs as well. First one i took out the whole assembly, second one i managed to do with it in there still :)
