Very clean swap, I'm glad to hear it's up and running. I had very similar wiring issues with my swap, what year/model wiring harness are you using?

Do you think there will be any issues with the booster touching the manifold when you're really pushing the car, and the engine shifts? (on the track)

Again, you have a very nice swap and I really dig the remote oil filter setup.

I just have a m50tu and it does not tilt at all with the e28 mounts. I too am running the e21 booster. I ended up with plenty of clearence.

I had the problem with the HVAC and my mirrors, there is a black/yellow wire that gets the "on" signal from the ignition switch to turn the relay on. I wired it as AKG said after the fact but the battery post spark quite a bit when I tred to reconnect it, so I just jumped the relay for now, until I can tshoot the problem.

hmmm, no such issue yet but the S50 runs.

Now it needs exhaust and some finalization.

The big concern is the Conforti chip DID disable EWS on the 413 DME and wiring harness without the EWS harness and module installed.
          Im now E30less.

I will have to keep an eye on it to see if there are signs of contact. It's close, but I think it will be ok. The harness/DME is out of a 95 M3.

Thanks for the comments, I am pleased with the results so far. I just need to finish the gauges and break it in, then its off to the track....
