Need Help with Innovate LC-1 Wideband

its reading constant voltage. if the car is off, running, anything its constantly reading 7.14 a/f.

anyone ever run into any similar problems? i did the open air calibration and its registering in megatune, just not registering any useful info. any help would be greatly appreciated

is it throwing any error codes? do you have the LED hooked up to it? It should stay a steady red color and not flash if the sensor is working correctly.
