Problem with fuel gauge

[Kwaaahhh]

I tried all three prong, first the outer 2. Than the one on the left and center. And vice versa. Still was only able to get the empty fuel light on. If it was working properly, I guess you are suppose to get some kind of movement on the fuel gauge. (Needle would jump to full) So there really no other possibility with these 3 prongs.

Sup man. Any progress? I just recently got a fuel sender from the junkyard. Someone actually had to help me pull it out cause it kept getting stuck when I was trying to pull it up. I ended up messing up the first one :p. Yeah it freakin sucks not knowing how much gas I have. Gotta just keep adding gas. Where in SJ you live? I wanna come check out your vert sometime.

Also, make sure all of the screws/nuts are tight. I went back and made sure all of them were tight and it "fixed" the temp, tach, and fuel gauges. The nuts on the temp and fuel gauges like to back themselves out.
