Before you buy any parts make sure you do the tests. This will narrow it down quite a bit. if you disconnect the fuel line/hose running to the fuel rail and run it into a solid container of some sort (basically don't use styrofoam) then turn over the car the pump should push gas through the line. After this you can do more test depending on how the last went.
