    gonna adjust my valves this weekend...

    does the car need to be cold or can it be warm...
    i have heard both but most common seems to be that it need to sit overnight

    so what is it.. can i do it a few hours after driving it or does it need to be all the way cold

      It's probably easiest to do it when it's cold, but you can do it when it's warm or cold... you just adjust them differently depending on temperature.

        Just make sure its cold,

        Its a bit more of a bitch when its warm/hot, so just do it when the cars been sitting for awhile/overnight

          If you do it when the car is warm, as it cools the adjustments will be lost, so it's best to do it while the engine is dead cold. Just park it, let it sit overnight, and start on it in the morning.
