    Correct Oil Drain Tube Stack-Up

Just wondering what the stack-up drawing is supposed to look like for the oil return tube from the head/intake to the block/pan.

    It calls for 2 O-rings, 2 Washers, 1 Spring, and 1 Tube

I was working on my car and didn't pay attention to the order. The diagram is on realoem, but it only shows 1 of each but calls for 2.

    Thanks

think about it... The orings are the last to go on, then the washers, then the spring goes on the bottom! and just in case you didn't understand a washer and o-ring on each side of the tube....

Yeah, I assumed that was the correct order but wanted some confirmation. Also, mine didn't have a top washer for some reason. I've got all new parts now so that's great!

I dont believe I had a top washer either, but I did silicone both o-rings for safe measure...

Sounds good... I'll see how this set-up works.

Bump to verify. On the bottom of the tube it goes on in this order: spring/washer/oring. On the top there is just one oring, no spring or washer.

Correct? This is what I just did. Seems correct.

Someone verify? Im about to bolt up my intake mani!! Dont want to do it again.

            Thanks

Do it dry, or with a little oil on the O ring to help it sit right.

No washer on the top, just the O ring. Spring, washer and O ring on the bottom.

I use 2 burly zip ties to compress the spring while installing, then cut the zip ties.

              Closing SOON!
