My car has been a little sluggish and it seems to have a little miss when i let off the gas and leave it in gear. It also has a extremely rough idle and does not like to run after being cold. So i decided to have a look at the injectors and give them a bath. When i did, i noticed that the orange shroud around the pintle was cracked on 2 of them. The one wasn't so bad, but the other was completely split in 2. So i went down the junkyard and pulled a while new set of injectors with 118k mi on it (as opposed to my 250k). I cleaned them and put them in with new o rings. Now it will not idle at all without my foot on the gas. It has a significant miss across the entire rpm range. Now I have to start diagnosing why. I unplugged injector 1 and nothing changed. So I am hoping that is my problem. I will try this with the other injectors tomorrow.

oh man I hope you put the correct impedance injectors in or your ecu is going to be toast.

I suspect that the cause of the original problem is an intake leak rather than the injectors. That condition may be aggravated by bad plugs, wires, and/or distributor rotor & cap. It is entirely possible that your work in changing the injectors has disturbed something and made it worse. The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

Injectors are correct. Same part number.
How would i find the air leak? The whole secondary has been replace within the year. Plugs could be a problem though. I pulled them the other day and they didn't look healthy.
I'm going to start by putting one of the better of the old injectors in cylinder one. Hopefully that solves the injector issue. Then i can move on to other things.

You should have checked to see that they all spray the same before re-installing them. Also if you have a bad looking plug then that would be the cylinder with the problem.
