I have shimmy on my steering during breaking and once in a while even while driving on a straight road. I changed my rotors and pads up front thinking I have wrapped rotors. Unfortunately that was not the problem. I changed my tie rods control arms and bushings along with the strut mount up front and I still have the problem. What else can it be, I am really running out of ideas and it really annoys me especially after all the money I spent lately thinking it would fix the problem.
Someone Please help, I am running out of ideas.

here ya go..
try switching your back wheels with your fronts, and see if the shimmy goes away. Could be a seperation in your tire, or a broken ply.Comment

switching the backs with the fronts is cheaper and faster and will not solve, but narrow down the problem.Originally posted by Robbalance all 4 wheels and tires, thats a cheap solution that should be done anywayComment

you should do this every so offen anyhow, as your tread on your tires wears down, it throws out your balance ;) just incase you didn't know.Originally posted by Robbalance all 4 wheels and tires, thats a cheap solution that should be done anywayComment

if the problem is a wheel that doesnt get rid of it it just shakes the back of the car insteadOriginally posted by bimmerboy12try switching your back wheels with your fronts, and see if the shimmy goes away.
