Given that situation, I'd rather know when the pressure was nearing a dangerous level, instead of knowing when it had already reached said dangerous level.
Gauge FTW, light FTL.

exactly, and the light indicates when the pressure is below a safe level.
Newbz? ouch, guess I'll have to make more than 3 posts a week then.

oil pressure will vary constantly depending on revs and temp. The idiot can actually come on at idle if its an older motor up to temp with a thin oil in it. Doesn't mean the motors fucked. Point is if the light comes on pull over and you should be right.
so why would you turn the motor off just cause it dropped a little? You would only turn it off if it drops BELOW a safe level.
Say no to drugs newbz

no, it rests on a voltage. you can tell it's richer than 14.7, but you can't tell how rich it is. so it could be 14.6.. it could be 10. you have no idea. that's why they make widebands..

if you really wanted to know, you'd use your brain and find a wiring harness chart for your car and figure it out yourself.

Actually no. I'm not using to to tune my AFM, I drive an e, it is the definition of slow. Nevermind I found the wire colour, you guys are useless.
And I have a Zenitronix LC-1 wideband in my garage i'm putting in with my e-manage and turbo setup, I just don't want to tear apart my cars harness when I can resell it when I get the I head on.
