    If I remember correctly the Optima is a gel cell...I have heard good things about the gel cells.

          Bosch silver or a Optima battery. Bosch car batteries aren't sold here thou are they? They are great batteries thou.

            my optima is great. i love it. it isnt heavier than any normal battery, but performes 10x better. shock-proof, leak proof, and i have let my car sit with the stereo on for like 3hrs with no probs at all.

              I've never seen a Bosch battery in my life. Now I'll have to see if they're available...
