Okay! Assuming Fuse 20 is good (swap it with another 30A fuse, if it's good it couldn't hurt right?) Check if it is getting power. If it is NOT getting power, Pull out relay K7. Grab a spare 30A fuse and do this:

Thats a pic of the fuel pump relay, you want to insert the fuse like that in between terminals 30 and 87 of K7. (the terminal identification is printed on the bottom of the relay. Figure out which one is which in the fusebox by looking at how the relay is oriented)

If it IS getting power, push the recirculation button on the dash, the blower should run in the lowest possible speed regardless of the blower switch being off. If this is NOT the case, pull out the bezel and check the Green/Brown wire for power at the blower switch. If there is power, turn the switch on it's highest setting, and with the connector plugged in, check for power at the Blue wire.

Note: When I mention checking for power throughout, leave the key on, and blower switch on high and check for voltage. Instead of getting say, 12.6v you might be getting say 5v somewhere. Keep in mind if a lower blower speed is selected, voltage in certain parts of the circuit will be lower than battery voltage due to the series circuit that modifies lower speeds with the blower motor resistor. High blower speed bypasses the resistor completely.
