just wondering if anyone out there has had a similar issue that i am experiencing with my manual swap... about 5 months ago i went from an auto to a manual (best thing i have done so far) but this week my carrier bearing and flex disc went out. They have been vibrating since i got the conversion, but the shop i go to was telling me that it was normal. obviously not... does anyone have any solutions so this does not happen again? i am not real rough on my car but i like to have fun (no dumping the clutch when i drive) any comments would be appreciated.

The u-joints on your driveshaft are probably shot. Pick up a rebuilt drive shaft, they run in the $300 range. -
If you need one let me know. I have me 325e 5-speed shaft free on account of the engine swap and it was just rebuilt about 20k ago. Id go much less than 300Im now E30less.
