the mounting tabs are farther out on the e34... cant say if it will still work or not.

Assuming you're asking about ellipsoid headlights- the answer is NO, they will not fit. Only the lens is the same, the body/reflector part is different (the mounting tabs are quite a bit different).

Reflectors will fit I use them as replacement parts on e30 units that are broken. The mounting assy no not a chance.

Werd. Only the glass is the same. The mounts are totally different on the light itself and on the carrier assembly.
