You are so fucking gay. Read here more.

You don't like the idea of a MAF (which gets rid of the big fucking heavy door of the AFM for a hot wire) and a piggy back system......but want to get a big bore TB which would do nothing and a extrude hone which wouldn't do all that much........

    !

edit: Jordan, he has some headwork.....have him tell you all he has.

      Euro ellipsoids cheaper at: www.abrahamsmotorsport.com

Headers don't do a lot on the M20 motor... spend it on suspension and track days...

i do have head work, but the bottom end is stock from what I understand. If anything was changed it would be the pistons and thats it.

Awesome 100$ cheaper, illhave to look into it.

Yeah, Ive heard the gains from headers on the 325 were basically nothing. I just figured maybe they firgured something else out because I keep seeing more places selling them.

Andrew, if you get a honed intake and BBTB....instead of a MAF, I'll have to e-slap you.

Imagine the engine as a party.....which wants to invite all the air it can. The intake and TB are nothing but hallways you make a little bit wider.

The AFM is a door. The M30 AFM makes it a little bit bigger and easier for more to get in. The MAF is an archway, with nothing but a thin suede rope keeping air from coming it. The MAF allows for a bigger party.....and the SMT6 is something that helps control the party and makes it possible - i.e. Keg. SMT6 is the keg of the engine.

ok, lets start over.... forget all the other babble

so MAF is going to be the best bang for my buck correct? I will obviously still need the injectors then. Anything else? Im guessing with that much air the Regulators are definetly a good idea.

you won't need an ARFPR with SMT6.
it's a pretty good bang for buck. If you are willing to throw down more on headers, then not going for a MAF if you can would be lame. I mean, whether it is worth it or not is up to you alone. But I'd so go for a MAF over AFM.

                  this MAF idea tickles......hehe

it appears the the BMP kit is the same as the SEAM BMW Kit only SEAM's is cheaper.

So MAF and Injectors but what size? will the ones i would have used for the AFM work or will i need bigger than that?

                      FUCK BMP.

19lb is sufficient for either. Even 17lb would probably be enough.

Find a used OBD-II (it is what some people have used) 328 MAF.....like $50 or something.
Then SMT6 system, one was FS used in that section. Or buy one from Gunni, gstuning.

Um, you'll need a laptop with a seriel port.

Seeing as there's about a dozen of us, I say multiple blunt objects.

ill have to read all that SMT6 stuff later im not in the mood to figure it all out. Thanks though

So, dont buy those kits? Make my own from other parts. Sounds easy enough it will save a couple of bucks. Laptop I have, but Ill probably let my Dyno guy do all that with me.
