alright ive been searching from the MAF Senser for an hour now and only found the kit ones.

Ive found SMT6 but the cheapest I saw was like 800$ or something outrageous. I see people say they got thier for 300$ or so. and the MAF Sensor for 50$
I am doing this, but im having a difficult time finding consistant data.

you're dumb. do a search for obd-II MAF sensor here, but i am not sure anyone is selling currently.

i found like many on Bf.c, from people parting out 328's and selling them. $50 is the lowest you can find. Likely, you will spend like $65-75 shipped.

And SMT6 is like $300-something. Gunni, who is on this board is a distrubtor.

Take advice. If 10 people say headers are not going to gain you anything thye mean it. I said it because all shorty headers do is equalize backpressure on cars that move enough air to create a lot in a free exhaust. Only long headers can actually smooth airflow and those are a very serious install.

I cant understand why you balk at the cost of the MAF but are interested in headers that are almost as much but gain nothing.

Look at an AFM and tell me what the other side looks like, you cant because there is a door in the way. A door your engine has to suck open. Now go to home depot and buy a 3" peice of PVC and some wire. Run the wire through the center of the PVC and look through. See the other side?

Not only do you get more power (especially if you are going to spend money on a TB and honed intake) and lightning quck throttle response.

Id personally cough up the dough for the SMT but that is me.... (now I gotta figure out where to find a 3.5" pipercross filter for this Euro HFM I just bought).
