                    I think you're being generous with 2hp. My guess would be about .5-1hp. It'll only sound 'cool' if it has a tube for resonance.

                      I agree on the lack of power gained by cone filters. I am still experimenting with a cold air application. But hey, I concur they do sound cool :)
