You said though that the noid light showed the injectors were getting firing signals though? Throw some injectors in the thing.

Have you used a stethoscope or screwdriver to your ear, to find out if each incjector is clicking?
Can you pull the fuel rail off, and rig it so you can monitor the inkjectors spraying?
      I
f they are clicking, and nothing comes out with 55psi fuel pressure, they must be clogged.
No filter cause it, the passages in the injectors are very small

The box doesn't seem to be a tps, i think i've identified it as a junction box on the main harness...

That's a good idea with the stethoscope, i never thought of that. I'll be sure to try it.

The signal that the injectors are getting is eratic at best, seemingly random... i still think it COULD be electrical? Grounding problem? How does the fuel delivery system work on this vehichle (in the electronic sense). Does the computer supply the ground or the hot?

Thanks for alll your help so far

have you tried turning the key....

and if its an auto (you're stupid anyways) is it all the way in park?

and if its manual (you're a genious) did u fully depress the clutch pedal?

it may sound stupid but you never know... some people are stupid like that

haha, its a manual, and yes, i'm fully depressing the clutch. The engine will turn over freely and will even "run" if you spray carb cleaner through the t-body while cranking... but it just won't get fuel... its the damndest thing...

Not yet, i haven't come across a spare set yet. I'll check out the wiring first. If that isn't it.. i'll do injectors next.

The M42 uses the same injectors as the M30 engines if that helps at all.

I would have to rob a bank to have a mechanic work on my car! The only German specialist close charges 75 dollars per hour and does a half ass job in about 20 minutes.

                                Word.

My work is the only work I can 99.9% trust on a car, because I the exact contents of what I did to the car and I know that every fastener is tightened and torqued right.

Helps tons when it comes to troubleshooting.
