    Removing dash.. couple of questions.

Okay I need to take my obc out and also replace a couple of bulbs back there, but I cant figure one thing out. I cant figure out how to disconnect the wires that hold the sliders (the ones used to control where airflow comes in).

Can anyone tell me how to disconnect these so that I can remove the whole plastic piece? Its really hard to get inbehind with it still in place, and plus I wanna clean up around there too.

    Thanks,
    Seb

When I did the dash swap I didnt even take those slider panel out...

I removed the little knobs from the slider switches by pullin em off. I removed the panel that covers those switches by using a tiny flathead screwdriver.

You have to leave that little panel with the 3 sliders there. The rest of the climate control/radio console comes out.

That's correct; you can remove the panel while leaving the slider switches in the dash. Here are some pics of the process:

You know you can remove the OBC without taking the whole dash out right?

Bringing this up from the dead..

I've got all the screws out, it's not loose and just held in by the clips on the a pillars and the center near the windshield. What now, just pull up, backwards? which way?
