go for it. Its a bit heavy but the bling factor owns all... not sure how it fits on teh stock carrier though.

You don't need a 6 speed on an M50. Waste of time looking for one and a waste of money.

Big time on the latter. Whenever I see those 6-speeds posted for sale the usual asking price is $2K+. Compare that to a 5-speed which would put something like $1.5K back in your pocket. To me that's too much extra expense for one extra gear. Save your cash and get a faster ratio diff instead.

6th gear will be worthless unless you have a butt freakin load of power to get your car going fast.

Anyway, will the 6 speed tranny fit to 1999 M52 3.2 liters motor and into 325es? All I want to know "Yes or No" I don't care if you think I m wasting my time or money. I just curious if it fit. I do want cookies! Yum!

Which best manual tranny that you think that I should get one?

If you are planning on leaving the S52 mostly stock you could get away with the smaller lighter 325i tranny from the E36 (who knows, maybe even keep the getrag). The S52s tranny is beefier and can handle more power for later mods but its also heavier and you need to change to an M3 driveshaft.

Oh yeah I planning to leave M3 S52 stock :D That why I need to know if S52 fit with S52 tranny able to fit in 325es. ;) I can go ahead buy parts and replace old suspension to M3 5 lugs from e36 and M3 drivershaft too. It will be long project for 325es into beefier.

Well I can say that, yes, the S52 tranny does fit just fine.
