if "memo" is set on your obc, it will go off some number of seconds before every hour, because germans are wierd like that.

Still having this problem after over two years - don't think I saw this when I posted back then . I'll see if this works tomorrow. The beeps always concern the passengers in my car

I've got a Jetta with a bad oil pressure sender, so the dash light and a buzzer will come on randomly. It kept freaking people out, so I just unhooked the buzzer. lol I plan to fix it, but until then...

/\ haha. Yea, I've considered undoing the beeper but then what if it tries to tell me something of importance? I need to check that memo thing when I leave the office.

It never fails though - damned nosy passengers :D
