    19lb injectors, direct swap?

i've been getting conflicting info on whether or not 19lb injectors are a direct swap for the m20b25... my injectors are toast in my iX, so i figure if these are a direct swap with no need to get a chip or anything, i might aswell..

also, which injectors are best to use? what are the benefits of this swap?

    thanks

yep, better with the m30 afm though. Maybe a fuel pressure regulator.

If your engine is stock, all you will do is create on overly rich mixture. There is no need for them unless your engine is modified (and I don't mean a cold air intake).

19lb injectors can be run on a stock engine and the ECU will lean them out in time and you will not run rich. I suggest you get a mark D 19lb injector chip with the injectors, it seemed to make my car run alot better.

it is a direct swap but not needed TBH........the ECU was setup to run stock ones so why alter this unless its neccesary.

The O2 feedback helps run them pretty well but it won't quite be the same especially cold start/warmup etc. The engine has some learning capabilities which can go awry if the O2 sensor is doing too much correction.

Those that say their engines ran great afterwards would have had toasted injectors so those comments are hardly worth much at all.

Also AFPR are a waste of money..........
