    Sunroof track removal/full sunroof rebuild

Hi guys, I need some help. A while ago my sunroof quit working, stuck partially open. When I had time I got it unstuck, and I've removed all the damaged/worn components I can, but I don't know how to get the rearmost portion of the tracks out of the car. I'm talking the sections of track sandwiched between the sunroof cassette and the roof skin. They are bent, and i want to replace the entire system. Basically the only thing I consider to still be useable is the motor.

Help would be greatly appreciated, I want to get the car back on the road soon, and the only things stopping me are the broken sunroof, an oil change, and a routine timing belt service. TIA

How did you disconnect the cables from the sunroof crank/motor?
