Wet spot under the car where the spare wheel is

Hi,
I noticed there is a wet spot under the car, where the spare wheel is like the picture below

It doesn't smell like fuel, altho my mechanic said there might be some fuel leak where the pump is
I looked under the trunk carpet and under the spare wheel but there is nothing there, dry


Anyone got the slightest idea as to what would this be?

There's nothing around there. Like you wrote, it's the spare tire well. Maybe something accidently got sprayed on the car when cleaning or detailing your car.
