    A/C Compressor Black wire

After finishing my T Belt and Radiator Hose changes (and other stuff), I realized I might have disconnected this black wire that comes from the top of the A/C Compressor. Does anyone where this is supposed to be connected? The A/C has been converted to R134 by the previous owner, so I am not sure this is the original wiring. When trying to find it using the schematics (not my cup of tea) the only black wire I see is connecting the High and Low Pressure Cut-Out Switches.

My dryer is right behind the headlight bucket. I don't see yours in the picture. As I recall, there was a Technical Service Bulletin on the R134 conversions where you connected the low pressure cutoff to another wire. I can't see to find where that TSB is now. Does your AC compressor come on?

I looked at it again and found a connector that the wore fits to. It seems it was part of the conversion. Now I have to find the R134 leak: once charged, it works for a few days, but then the gas leaks and does not.

A good reference is Bob Siegel’s book “only needs a recharge”. Worthwhile investment if you want to work on AC.
