Dave has not lost interest in the site.
He closed it so as to NOT lose content that gets posted while the server change is taking place.

He is also upgrading the forum software, so it's not just a server change.
There are some additional "bonuses" in store as well, that take additional planning/implementation.

I am confident that it will be back online, and "better than before"....
