help identify this wire, owner purchased an e30 m3 and s14 seperate

Hello guys,
finally got the s14 back into this e30 m3
hooking up the wiring right now and had this harness out, not sure where it goes. owner of the car bought the car with the engine out already.

Almost certain it's for the Evaporative Purge Valve.
If you have the wiring diagrams downloaded it's
shown on page 1364-6.

The connector doesn't look familiar, but the wire colors makes me think it may be for the windshield washer fluid level indicator. Your best bet is to look at the wiring diagram on the side of the car where you think it goes and look for those two wire colors.

O2 sensor is plugged in I have already identified the coolant tank connector. I'll check the purge valve and the windshield washer tank.

^^.. is it on the passanger side of the engine,and is it a chassis connection? maybe AC related!

I received the engine harness in a box and the engine was seperate
The tape on the wiring loom had been partially removed so it's hard to to say it if went towards the driver side or passenger side.
