You have an amazing build going on here, but you suck at taking pics! Lets see the finished (and wrapped) exterior -
Locals don't have Issues with built 188 units at 500 - 600 rwhp. Many lsx bmw's running around the bay area.
If the budget allows a 210mm would always be a reliability upgrade.
2 ear rear diff conversion is available from some lsx swap kit makers; bolt on item with aftermarket ear or a native 2 ear cover also works.
400hp is proven to be OK with the z3m heavier duty cover.Leave a comment:

So far, it's been two years of hard work. Thanks for sharing. Turbo LS. Hmm... 500hp and a boatload of subframe twisting torque ;-) How did you address the rear subframe? Urethane/Delrin/aluminum/steel mounts? Stock 188mm diff or bigger case?

My buddy at work has a friend in texas that owns a LS performance shop, low and behold after months of banging my head on the route to go with my 325is ive decided the ls1. Sweet build and it definitely answered alot of questions i had. Keep the good work up!Leave a comment:

So with the progression of this project I have gotten lazy at documenting things. So here are the details...
Turbonetics 7868 Turbo
Tial 44mm MVR Wastegate
Tial 50MM BOV
LS Truck Exhaust Manifolds w/V Bands welded
2.25"Crossover
24x11x3 Intercooler
After fabricating everything they were coated with a heat coating then they were wrapped with a heat wrap. (My girl wrapped them). Low boost should yield 500 rwhp. 600 rwhp shuld be attainable with 10ish psi.Ill keep you guys up to date. Thanks for the kind words.
