I love what you have done with this project. Would you happen to have a part # list for all the bolts? Thanks -

What do you recommend for the intake? Walnut shells? Sorry to thread jack, pm if you wish.Precision stripping and powdercoating in lodi Ca. I have had a few vehicles stripped there and they do a great job. I actually used to own a media blasting company. I would not recommend using soda. Too many issues with it. There are plenty of different medias which can be substituted.

At first I was confused why someone with your attention to detail would use a non-OE option, but that makes sense.Leave a comment:

I choose to replace #3 and #4 gaskets with the thicker weatherstrippingGreat work!
IIRC the OE gasket is less than $20:

strips. The OEM stuff was too thin. The stuff I used was nice and thick which created a nice seal.Leave a comment:

You might want to get the rubber seal for the windshield installed while the IP is "loose"Leave a comment:

Got a couple things done today. Prior to re-installing the heater box I cracked it open to clean it out and found that the heater core and the ac evaporator were disgusting...so I replaced them both and cleaned out the box itself....

I also removed all of the old foam padding and replaced it with new stuff...

Installed my immaculate crack free dash and wired up the heater/ac controls...

Began my wire tuck by threading all the wires into the inner fenders....
