It's been almost a year since I have had anything to update.

Owner: Mark David Year, Make, and Model: 1991 BMW M3 Location: Los Angeles, California, USA Photographers: Joshua Rizo and Sudhir Vijaykumar I do not recall a time when cars were not an important part of my life—whether putting together plastic models, drawing them, reading about them, dreaming about them, etc. They have always been a focal point. Also, my dad is very mechanically inclined, able to do everything from engine rebuilds to paint and body work on our family cars. From young I have been immersed in all things automotive, and this affinity remains while other interests have long since faded. My taste in cars was initially driven by my dad’s fondness of Japanese brands; however, I think a turning point was seeing footage of David Hobbs and Hans Stuck co-driving (flying, actually) a beautiful Marlboro-liveried M1, and at approximately the same time, witnessing Michèle Mouton dominate the Acropolis rally in a Quattro (I think it was the Acropolis). The German marques then trumped everything else.

        Thanks man! Much appreciated.

        The E28 M5 rims are 7.5 x 16, ET20. My car is on 225/45s.

So jealous about those M5 wheels. Best OEM+ wheels from the e30 era; I almost like them more than the Stocker 15" M3 weaves.

Btw, those caps I picked up from you are getting ready for the full refinish along with my M3 weaves. Thanks again for the hook-up

And if you ever need a buyer for the M5 wheels...
You know where to find me :)

Joey, thanks dude! Yeah, the E28 M5s are exactly the same as the E30 M3 Sport Evos except the SEs are ET23, IIRC. BTW, Chris at VSR had a few sets of the M5s at a very reasonable price. Not sure if they are still in his inventory...

Good to know that the caps worked out for you. Can't wait to see pics!

So, I have always favored the small diameter MT I steering wheel. And I picked up a stock shift knob to replace the ZHP. A little bit closer to when she rolled off the assembly line.

Where did you find the smaller wheel and stock shift knob?
