I think it'll look sweet. I've only ever seen a couple pics of that car, and none with the rear doors open.

Take your time to do it right and I'm sure it'll be badass. Bmwmech1 has a really good thread on his M3 conversion done right, right up your alley for sure. IIRC he had to find an actual car to get the sail panel and a few other bits as they are NLA. You'll probably end up having to get at least one parts car.

Agreed. You need the rear windscreen and trunk lid to pull it off.

Yeah pretty much as i understand it this is what i need

        M3 front and rear bumper
        M3 Side Skirts
        C-pillars
        Boot lid
        Rear quarter panels
        E30 M3 Rear window\
        M3 Front fenders
I am going to be removing all the hardware and all for the sunroof im not going to buy a whole new roof

Correct me if im wrong i will need help and opinions on this as of right now im just pricing it out and seeing what people are saying right now im getting a lot of encouragement and i am leaning more towards doing this.

And my doors will open lol

you do know that an M3's trunk opening is way smaller and that will need even more modifications. im betting you can get a non-rolling shell for 2-3k and save 10k in body work, parts etc. or better yet, get an S54, wide fender flares and e36 5lug and have a way faster and better car for the same price.
          Much wow
          I hate 4 doors

I suppose i could find a non rolling shell thats going to be a pain but ill hunt for it and i plan on doing this a 5-lug conversion and the S54 swap so this thing is practically being rebuilt.

Subscribed...you would definitely benefit financially if you were to buy a non-Running shell to get all the body parts especially the NLA Cpillar and the uber expensive front and rear bumper covers

After all the work that went into it it would be a shame to cut that up. Nice colour too.

I agree...maybe try to find a crashed or rusted to hell chassis where the rust is mainly on the frame and not the body panels?

It all really depends on what I can come up with first hunting down that parts or buying a chassis. I am fearing if I buy an m3 chassis ill just rebuild it and abandon my project.
