What thickness spacer would you need to run these?

Seems like 15mm spacers will allow the rim to clear the caliper.

What about 17x8 ET15 5x120?

Those would be dependent on the wheel itself. If they clear the calipers w/o spacers, that fit would be great the way it is. I run 17x8 et 12 fronts, with 215/40/17 nittos and it's almost perfectly flush. On the rear you could run a 10mm - 15mm to get flush.

Difference on the rear. Both front and rear on mine are flush, not tucked on hr sports.

Don't worry about the strut in the pic, it's not accurate, just look at the difference in the pic and the numbers.
