How to Remove this Rubber Mount (Intake Plenum)

The rubber mount on the underside of the intake plenum sheared off when I tried to remove it.

Is there a trick to unscrewing what's left in the IP casting?

Here is are 'after and before' pics...

If you can put the whole thing in in a vise (not too tight), you could probably get under the flat part of the bolt. Pry it up and use vise grips to loosen it.

Cool - thanks man. I will locate a vise ASAP.

With a Dremel I cut off opposing sides and used vise-grips to clamp, and then passed a screwdriver through the VG's handles and used it to turn the VG (I needed the leverage).

Unbelievable. All's well that ends well though.
