Covers on throttle body

Hey I have a question considering those plastic covers on the throttle body do adjust each single throttle.
I have seen them in two colors so far, blue and yellow.
Why are there different colors?
I would like to get the blue ones, which build year are they or so?
Here is a random photo of an S14, made the arrows so you know what I mean.

As far as I know the yellow ones (period correct) are no longer available. Blue supersedes and is the only version the dealer sells.

Yellow were first color so if you broke them to adjust the throttles after you were done the new color symbolized that the TB's had been adjusted. Correct me if I'm wrong.
